I am currently the Manager of the Metal Fabrication Shop at Apex Fence, the leading supplier of commercial fence products in the Philadelphia area. In this role, I oversee shop operations and projects while also handling all CAD detailing for submittals, shop drawings, installation packages, and miscellaneous metals estimating.
After graduating college, I entered the welding, metal fabrication, and machining trades, where I developed a strong appreciation for the craftsmanship behind each project. Over seven years, I gained hands-on experience before transitioning into the office to expand my skills in CAD detailing, job estimation, and shop management. These areas are where I discovered my true passion and where my technical expertise is best applied.
Since 2022, I have led Apex Fence’s fabrication division, managing the quoting and supply of steel, stainless steel, and aluminum products for both commercial and residential projects. I have overseen more than 200 projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery. My detail-oriented approach allows me to identify and resolve potential issues during the design phase, ensuring smooth execution and reliable results for our customers.
I take pride in bridging hands-on fabrication knowledge with technical expertise to deliver solutions that are both practical and precise. My goal is to continue to improve my skills and knowledge of the industry, continue building great relationships with customers, and standing out as a go-to supplier of commercial misc. metals products.
In addition to my career in metal fabrication, I also work part-time as a sound engineer for theatres, live music venues, and studios, continuing to utilize my degree and skills in digital audio production and music.
